3. Shipping Instructions
Make sure orders have the correct name, address, and contact information, so items are delivered successfully.
We cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you would like to change the shipping address before shipping has begun.
Note:
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. We will not replace the order or issue a refund.

1. What is tariff?

When you shop on our store, you are buying from overseas. And you are responsible for paying taxes.

You can pay through the tax clearance procedures of your local customs authority in your country/territory.

To avoid any unforeseeable accidents, please note the following:
A. Ask customer service if you need to pay any additional import duties, taxes, or other customs-related fees.
B. Contact your local post office or customs for more information about tariffs and taxes in your country.
C. Import duties, levies or other customs related charges are usually charged by the shipping company at the time of delivery.
D.We are not responsible for delays caused by customs departments in your country/territory.
E. If an order subject to tax is not taxed, it is not sought at the post office, or its delivery is rejected by the recipient, it will be returned to the sender (us). You can request a refund and we will deduct all costs of shipping the order to the destination country and back from the refund amount.
